Description: BGD 570/571 electronic universal material testing machine is a new type of material testing machine which combines electronic technology and mechanical transmission, it has wide and accurate loading speed and force measuring range, high precision and sensitivity for measuring and controlling load and displacement, and it can also carry out the automatic control test of equal-speed loading and equal-speed displacement. With simple and convenient operation, it is especially suitable for product quality control on production line. This series model is mainly suitable for the test of non-metal and metal materials with the test load less than 20KN (BGD 570) or 50KN (BGD 571).
The electronic universal material testing machine is mainly applicable to the test of metal and non-metallic materials, such as rubber, plastics, wire and cable, fiber optic cable, safety belts, safety belts, leather belt composite materials, plastic profiles, waterproof coil, steel pipe, copper, profiles, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (as well as other high-hardness steel), casting, steel plate, steel belt, non-ferrous metal metal wire of tensile, compression, bending, Shear, peeling, tearing, two-point extension (need to be equipped with another extensometer) and other tests.

* It has the function of automatic calculation of stress, elongation (need to be equipped with an extensometer or large deformation), tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, and automatic statistical results; automatic recording of the maximum point, fracture point, specified point of the force value or elongation;
* Adopting computer to carry out dynamic display of test process and test curve, and data processing, after the test, the curve can be enlarged through the graphic processing module for data re-analysis and editing, and can print the report, the performance of the product reaches the international advanced level.
* Elastic modulus, yield point, constant residual strength, constant extension, constant force deformation, maximum strength calculation, and other special professional calculations, such as conveyor belt peeling calculation, yield point elongation calculation.
* Optional professional testing machine measurement and control system can realize the closed-loop of force value, deformation and position, so that the electronic universal testing machine can carry out any curve control test, such as low-frequency cyclic (fatigue) test, step test, force value retention (creep) test.
