Description: BGD 578 High Low Temperature Universal Material Testing Machine is mainly applied to the testing of mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending, peeling, tearing, etc. of elastic coatings, waterproof coatings, rubber, plastic profiles, plastic pipes, plates, sheets, films, wires and cables, waterproof coils, metal wires, etc. of the materials in high or low temperature environment. The product is also widely used in testing aviation, aerospace, information, electronics, electrical, instrumentation, plastics, automotive parts and other products: by simulating the electrical and electronic products, aerospace products and various types of meteorological products and their components, materials in low temperature, high temperature, hot and humid application environment to analyze and evaluate its performance to show for the prediction and improvement of the quality and reliability of these products to provide the correct basis.
The instrument consists of tensile machine host, fixture and movable high and low temperature test box and other parts. Tensile machine adopts a full set of imported full digital AC servo system and high rigidity frame structure, and controlled by PC. The high and low temperature test chamber adopts double-layer heat-insulating glass door, which is convenient for users to observe the test situation, and adopts full stainless steel frame and inner liner, which is not only beautiful, but also corrosion-resistant.

High and low temperature chambers:
