1. Product Overview

This microcomputer-controlled fatigue testing machine is a special fatigue mechanics testing equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the test specifications required by national standards. It can test the fatigue service life of materials under a certain deformation or under a certain load tension and compression force. The entire cycle test process of the sample is automatically completed by the microcomputer control, which can detect the force attenuation performance parameters of the material and print out the test report. Users can adjust the test program according to actual needs during use, and the operation is extremely convenient.

2. Equipment composition system

1. Servo actuator, drive device (single channel):
The effective stroke of the actuator is 50mm, with a high-precision digital displacement sensor, and a buffer zone is designed at the amplitude limit position of the actuator to avoid damage caused by uncontrolled operation.
The actuation system adopts an anti-backlash device, automatic force centering, reducing lateral force, reducing the impact during high-frequency tensile testing, and effectively improving the test waveform.
2. Data acquisition control system:
It consists of a single-channel fully digital dynamic and static servo controller, a computer and software, and accessories.
3. High-precision load sensor
Adopts a high-precision load sensor with an overload capacity of 120%. Placed at the front end of the actuating piston, with a self-locking nut. The sensor is calibrated before leaving the factory.
III. Equipment functions:
(1) Fatigue control mode 1: fixed deformation fatigue test, force-time curve, deformation amplitude-frequency curve, sine wave curve
(2) Fatigue control mode 2: fixed force fatigue test, deformation-time curve, force amplitude-frequency curve, sine wave curve
(3) The test frequency is adjustable, and the actual frequency varies according to the deformation of the sample. Generally, the frequency will decrease when the deformation is large!
(4) The material sample is judged to be qualified by detecting the number of times the material sample is used or the degree of force attenuation.
(5) During the test, if the sample is damaged or the force value is attenuated to the set value, the machine can automatically stop. If it is not completed on the first day, it can be continued on the second day, and so on.
