I. Product Description:
This testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements stipulated in JB/T7796-1995 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tensile and Compression Testing Machines". It is mainly used for testing the strength of various precision helical springs and elastic components, that is, testing the test force of the spring under a certain deformation amount or determining the test force of the spring at a certain height.
This machine can be customized to various testing equipment according to the requirements of users.
II. Main Functions and Features:
Hardware part:
Mainframe: Adopting a single-arm three-column structure. The mainframe frame is analyzed through mechanical finite element analysis, ensuring sufficient stiffness and strength of the frame. The transmission system uses zero-gap ball screw pairs to ensure the accuracy and durability of the test results. The mainframe frame is guided by guide columns to ensure the rigidity of the frame.
Transmission system: Composed of synchronous toothed belts, precision ball screw pairs, and guiding parts, etc.
Drive system: Step motors are used to drive the system.
Measurement control system: The test force measurement control system consists of high-precision load sensors, measurement amplifiers, A/D converters, and stabilized power supplies; the displacement measurement control system consists of photoelectric encoders, frequency doubling shaping circuits, counting circuits, etc. Through various signal processing, it realizes functions such as computer display, control, and data processing.
Safety protection devices: Over 10% overload protection, crossbeam limit position protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed protection, etc.

Force value calibration: Using the three-point calibration method to make the test force values more precise and higher in accuracy.
Displacement compensation: The deformation caused by the sensor can be compensated. That is, the deformation caused by the sensor and the overall rigidity of the machine does not affect the accuracy of the displacement.
Safety functions:
Using the high-speed counter function, the upper pressing plate will automatically rotate at a speed of 300mm/min, then automatically set the displacement to zero, determining the lower pressing plate as the zero point of displacement. Then it will automatically return to a position 50mm away from the lower pressing plate and stop. This ensures higher precision of the testing machine and reduces the randomness of manual rotation.
Has limit function. In the tension and compression limit positions, there are limit protection switches for protection against accidental operation.
Has a force setting function, effectively preventing damage to the equipment caused by springs in unexpected situations.

III. Control Software System:
